GENERAL
Thank you so much for considering me for your commission! Please take a look at the following guidelines below before you continue:
IMPORTANT
- Monetized Content use always included, fee only for commercial merchandising.
- I have full right to refuse a commission for any reason.
- You MUST give credit when using my art.
- You do NOT hold copyright over commission unless discussed and fee is paid.
- My art can NOT be used as a reference/tool/base/etc in AI.
- Do NOT trace my artwork.
- You can't claim my art as your own.
- You are not allowed to re-sell the design (w/o permission).Things I WON'T or CAN'T do:
- AI Generated Content
- Furry
- Full NSFW
- Children
- Heavy Mecha
- Racism/Homophobia/Xenophobia/Etc.
- Fetishes- Please feel free to check in with me about anything you’re unsure of, even if it’s on my won’t/can't draw list, there may be exceptions!- *Please provide CLEAR references such as reference sheet, photos, illustrations, etc. of the character you'd like me to draw. It will make things easier for the artwork to match the vision you have in mind.PAYMENTS
- Payments must be done up-front.
- I will not start on artwork until full payment or down payment is confirmed.
- Payment plans are accepted as long as there is a non-refundable down payment made. ( This only applies to $100+ purchases )REVISIONS
- Design can be changed until you agree on the final sketch.
- After the design has been finalized you will not be able to change it anymore.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Commissions could take up to the full Timeline.
- If you require a commission to be completed by a certain date, make sure to inform me in the request form.
- If you need it finished in less than 2 weeks, the urgency fee is (+$20 USD) ( Urgency fees not accepted on Emergency Comms )USE
- The art can be used for personal and commercial use! However there is a merchandise commercial fee if artwork is being used for merchandise / shirts / prints / etc. (+$50 USD)
-I still reserve the copyright to the design itself (unless discussed beforehand and fee paid).
- *Do NOT claim the artwork as your own. Must credit by using full social tag (@AzunaMoshi) or link Vgen account for display on all social platform posts that my art is in. ( You don't have to put @/ , I don't mind being pinged <3 )
- Credit MUST be included in the post/thread when posting the artwork.
- *I have full rights to post work on my social media accounts, including my portfolio. ( Will ask before hand to post, minus for portfolio )REITERATING:
